Our Charity Work
We at ADA Security believe in much more than being just a company that supply security services, where possible the staff at ADA have given a huge amount of personal time in helping others.
- We raised €14,732 for the Crumlin Childrens’ Hospital.
- We raised €7,500 for Atse Tekle in Addis Ababa.
- We raised over €20,000 in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
- We raised over €6,500 in aid of the St Joseph’s Foundation Charleville.
Other fund raising events include sponsoring athletes for the Special Olympics, Race Nights and BBQs. To date, A.D.A. has raised or sponsored over €70,000.

5 Peaks Challenge
Due to the astounding work of Our lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin a group from A.D.A. Security were inspired to undertake the 5 Peaks challenge. The trip entailed climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, Wales, the North of Ireland and the Rep. of Ireland (Total 17,371 feet) driving over 1000 miles and ferrying across the Irish Sea all within 2 days!!
It meant climbing 2 of the mountains in complete darkness to finish within the time target, we are happy to say that the challenge was completed in a staggering 46 hours 54 mins, over an hour ahead of schedule.
We raised €14,732 for Crumlins Childrens Hospital.
Kilimanjaro/Atse Tekle
Kilimanjaro is located in north eastern Tanzania and is the highest peak in Africa at 5,895 meters (19,340 ft).

The ADA Team decided to take on the challenge in 2008 and in doing so we collected €7500 for Atse Tekle in Addis Ababa.
“Atse Tekle Ghiorgis School began in the 1960’s as a centre for educating the children of Leprosy victims and handicapped people. Today it continues to help the poorest of the poor who are not able to attend government schools because of the registration fees and the cost of the uniform. The school depends totally on donations for its existence.”
