“I wish to confirm that ADA Security has been providing service to the Rochestown Park Hotel since July 2001. During this time they have advised me regarding the introduction of high quality surveillance equipment throughout the Hotel.
In the last two years we have introduced a completely new digital surveillance system, upgrading all of our equipment thus increasing the amount of coverage we have of the premises and the length of time we have footage held for viewing. This is all controlled from centrally located monitoring station which ADA security helped us design.
Our decision to retain the services of ADA Security was certainly a wise one. They have a very experienced and efficient team in both sales and installation. They undertook an installation programme which lasted over 4 months in the Hotel and they were exceptionally professional in carrying out their task.
It is important to say that ADA Security were not the cheapest company who tendered for this project, but I can say that we have gotten excellent value for the money we invested. All works were completed on budget, within the time scale agreed to and the end result was actually better than we anticipated.
In closing I would like to say that we are delighted with our decision to avail of the services of ADA Security and that we find their hands on approach, quality of service and advice to be of a very high standard.
